Can
I access the Internet when I travel?
Included
in the service is access to thousands of local access numbers throughout the
United States. Just visit our site
to find the number in the area in which you are traveling or contact customer
service.

Spamming
policies
5 Star Internet has a very strict anti-spam policy.
Our Mail servers are configured to automatically shut down any account
that sends over 100 messages per hour, or any one message with over 50
recipients. This is true regardless of whether or not the e-mails are solicited
or not.
Do I
need special software?
No special software is needed; just a few settings on the PC need to be changed.
After signing up, Window users can make the changes manually, download
the configuration software or request a configuration CD by mail.

The configuration software configures Dial-Up Networking, a component of
Windows, as well as Outlook Express for your e-mail.
The software is compatible with Windows 95, 98, ME, 2000/NT and XP.

Are
there any penalties for canceling the service?
No. We never charge a cancellation penalty. If we do not live up to
YOUR expectations, then we do not deserve your business.
How long
does it take to get my account activated?
Generally, it is set up immediately.
Can more
than one of my e-mail accounts be online at the same time?
No, only one simultaneous connection can be supported per $12.50 access
fee.
How fast
is the Internet connection?
5 Star Internet uses the latest in modem technology. All connections are
via 56k, V.90 or V.92 compliant modems. Your modem, the telephone lines
and user traffic determine the actual speed at which you connect.
Does 5
Star Internet offer ISDN dial up access?
Yes, we do offer ISDN access. Please call for more information.
